Devonshire House - New Retail Venue for Food and Entertainment for Network Rail

Major refurbishment of Railway Arches, former Signal Box and Listed Building creating a Food, Retail and Entertainment Venue.

Robinson Kenning & Gallagher (RKG) were approached by Network Rail to deliver the project from Grip Stage 1-8. The Scheme has been nominated and progressed to through to the 2017 London Planning Awards Finals for Best Heritage Project. The project mainly involved large scale restoration and refurbishment including specialist Conservation works to Devonshire House a Grade II listed building on the Heritage England at Risk Register. The scale & complexity of the restoration works & both temporary & permanent stabilization works were extensive. RKG acted as Lead Consultant, Architects and Project Managers throughout the grip stages.

Project Value Approx. £3.5M. The scheme, now known as Flat Iron Square has been highly publicised recently amongst mainstream and social media and has become a popular venue.
