1A Trafalgar Arches, Brighton
The refurbishment of existing vaulted brick arches below a grade II listed railway station to create a lettable commercial unit (280sqm) including services. RKG were commissioned in 2020 to undertake feasibility, Planning, Building Regulations, and again in 2022 and 2026. Other services include construction and CDM services.
