Large Mixed-Use Residential Development for a Large Local Developer

Robinson Kenning & Gallagher were appointed by the Client to undertake a residential feasibility study of their existing commercial site in Stratford London with the aim of obtaining a ‘Change of Use’ allocation from commercial to residential. RKG completed the feasibility study for a 385 residential unit scheme, including retail and commercial units and the client was successfully able to sell the land with planning permission for residential development.

Robinson Kenning & Gallagher were appointed to undertake a Capacity Assessment for a potential development opportunity for one of our large Corporate Clients. Our Initial proposals for this slender area of land consisted of 70 residential units including Restaurant / Commercial and Office space creating a secondary street frontage at ground level.

Visuals to emphasise the massing of the proposal were also undertaken to assist in demonstrating the scale to the Local Authority to assist them in providing pre-application feedback.
