New Residential Scheme to Provide 8no. Flats and Associated Facilities for a Private Client
Robinson Kenning & Gallagher recently achieved Planning Approval for this eight-unit scheme on Brighton Road, Croydon. The successful proposal extends the existing two-storey, seven-bedroom house to create a three-storey building consisting of four three-bedroom, five-person apartments; two one-bedroom, two-person apartments and two one-bedroom, one-person apartments. Associated landscape design, parking facilities for four car spaces, twelve cycle parking spaces and refuse storage also formed part of the Application. The new building will meet the current Building Regulation requirements including all current sustainable building criteria.
