Robinson Kenning & Gallagher were appointed as Architects for a new build manufacturing warehouse, distribution centre and office headquarters for Kesslers International Ltd. Kesslers international is a major European designer and manufacturer of display products and is one of the largest employers of staff in the London Borough of Newham and Tower Hamlets.
RKG provided professional services for the Design and Build Contract which also included external remediation works. The project created a storage warehouse, manufacturing and assembling space larger than the size of two football pitches, with an area totalling over 12,000m² at ground level. The building was constructed using two portal frames spanning 42 metres each and finished with eleven different cladding systems.
